‘This session completed our months of work together, and could have been difficult for me, but took place in a way that made me feel completely safe and secure throughout. Even though the way the healing was done was fairly intuitive, it never felt uncontrolled or unconsidered. Once again I was able to be active in the healing process but always be guided into understanding and working appropriately with what I was being shown. The use of the drum during parts of the session was particularly effective as it enabled me to shut out external noise etc (as regular music would have done) but unlike a CD it also flowed with my own experience, enhancing it. Kay used drumming to seal everything in and to rebalance my energy at the end. Throughout the experience her voice was a strong and calming anchor in guiding me and made me feel that I could take all the time necessary to explore what I was being shown and integrate it. She was also able to slow me down when part of me wanted to rush ahead without properly integrating the energies and experience.
