Reiki Shares

Shares are held on the 3rd Friday of every month, and are open to Reiki people from any lineage and at any level - all who have been 'attuned' to Reiki are welcome. We usually start with a group meditation or energy exercise, then all attendees will receive an intensive treatment from the group. Please arrive at 7pm for a 7.15 start. Contributions of £3 are requested to help with costs, tea and biscuits are provided. Please let me know if you plan on coming to the next share, or contact me if you would like to receive email reminders before each share.

Special Event - Frank Arjava Petter Retreat 21-23 August 2009

This is a very special event! Arjava began his Reiki journey in 1993, training initially in Western Reiki but then researching the origins of Reiki and training in the Japanese style practiced by the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai in Japan. Originally from Germany, where he now resides, Arjava lived in Japan for 12 years and has a really unique perspective on this beautiful healing art. Since 1997 Arjava has been writing books on Reiki (published in 17 languages so far) and travelling the globe sharing his knowledge and experience on the subject.

Arjava has not visited us here in England since 2006, and this is the only scheduled visit to this country in 2009/10. On this retreat he will be sharing his broad experience of Japanese Reiki techniques, leading the group in meditations and practical exercises as well as analysing some Western Reiki techniques and discussing the origins of the Reiki symbols in Usui's system.

The retreat takes place at the Friars - Aylesford Priory, Aylesford, Maidstone, Kent ME20 7BX. Arrival is at 5pm on Friday 21 August and the workshop will run until approximately 3pm on Sunday 23 August. It is open to Reiki people from all lineages who have reached Reiki 2 or above.
